What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you create an account on our site, or subscribe to our newsletter. Any data we request that is not required will be specified as voluntary or optional. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address and phone number. You may, or course, visit our site anonymously.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in the following ways:

- To send periodic emails providing information regarding our latest news and offerings (optional)
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you submit a request or enter, submit, or access your personal information. These security measures include password-protected directories to safeguard your account information, SSL (Secure Sockets Layered) technology to ensure that your information is fully encrypted and sent across the internet securely. BigCommerce, our ecommerce infrastructure provider, incorporates PCI Scanning and other measures to actively protect data servers from hackers and other vulnerabilities.
All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Your private credit card or PayPal information (credit card number) is not captured or stored by Odyssey Fine Puzzles, or BigCommerce. Odyssey Fine Puzzles and BigCommerce NEVER have access to your credit card number at any time.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, such as PayPal and Braintree (Braintree is a PayPal subsidiary involved in the processing of credit card transactions), or servicing you, such as MailChimp or similar outside vendors used for providing newsletters, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe it is appropriate to do so in order to comply with the law, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety (though it is hard to imagine a circumstance when this may actually apply).
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act); we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products, and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old.
